The living area connects to the dining room where you'll eat while enjoying gorgeous view of the foothills. The dining room table can expand to host large family gatherings (seats 8-10). From there, step into the open kitchen with fully furnished stainless appliances and a kitchen dining nook for four. A kitchen peninsula opens to a comfortable family room with gas fireplace. The main level also features a 1/2 bath plus laundry room with stackable washer and dryer that connects to the two-car garage where you'll find ample storage for all your mountain gear. Upstairs you'll find the large master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, king bed, and a large picturesque window where the views continue. The master bath offer two-sinks, a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. There are two other bedrooms upstairs. The first is large and carpeted with giant windows, built-in shelves and a large walk-in closet. This bedroom can be furnished with a twin- or queen-sized bed. The second bedroom features wood floors, the same amazing views, and is furnished with a twin bed, workspace and tons of bookshelves. In between these two bedrooms is a large bath with tub and skylight. On the basement level you'll find more wide-open living with a large comfy couch for watching movies, and a kids dream-zone with monkey bars, a climbing wall, foosball and gymnastics bar. Also in the basement is the fourth bedroom that is set as a joint guest-room with queen bed and an office with a sit/stand L-desk. (Note that there are two locked off rooms in the basement for the owners' long-term storage.) Out back you have views for days. Unwind on Adirondack-chairs that allow you to see all the way to Boulder on a clear day, where hawks play in the wind of the valley, and the Golden elk are frequently seen. This home is available furnished from late April 2023 through the end of July 2023 only. Preference is a 3-month rental agreement.
