There is a 40# husky, blue heeler on premises that loves a belly rub. There is another tenant in a lower level basement apartment with a separate entrance. Chill roommate and great place to feel safe and comfortable and inspired! Room available 10/1/25. Will want to start out month to month however once we both know it's a good fit I'm happy to consider 6-12 month lease.
