    Great 3 bedroom 2 bath home in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Ponce Inlet. Built in 1992, it's been very well cared for and updated regularly with recent renovations of both bathrooms and the kitchen. The home's pool is 17,000 gallons with a true deep end and solar panels which heat the pool water and extends the swimming season from spring to the mid-fall months.THE NEIGHBORHOOD:The home is located in Oceanside Village, a collection of about 25 homes on two streets, Buschman Road and Michael Lane. While the streets do indirectly connect between Peninsula and South Atlantic Ave, virtually all traffic on the streets is local and almost all homes are primary residences. The neighborhood is very pet friendly and has lots folks who walk regularly with their dogs. It's a block to the ocean, a block to the Intracoasal waterway and a block to Jerry's Pizza and Tiki Bar.FEATURES AND UPDATES:The garage is climate controlled, it has it's own air conditioning system to keep heat and humidity down and is controlled by thermostat. The entire roof was replaced in 2008 with 30-year architectural shingles. There is an extra waterproof rubber liner permanently attached to the roof sheathing under the shingles to ensure water resistance in the event of a hurricane. (this was an add-on when the owners replaced the roof). The home has undergone a wind mitigation inspection and passed which means lower insurance premiums.The owners installed roof solar fans in the garage roof and the roof over the dining room. Fans keep those attic areas from getting excessively hot lowering cooling costs for the house. Also in "attic areas" of the house, (except the kitchen, garage and dining room) insulation was blown in to further insulate the home from the outside heat.The owners also added a hot water heat re-circulation system. In the spring, summer and fall, water from the hot water tank is kept hot by heat generated by the A/C compressor. Water circulates through the compressor and the hot water heater doesn't use electricity to keep the water hot when the A/C runs. The system operates automatically.There is a "Puronics" all-house water purification system.A/C compressor is approximately 4 years old, pool pump is 3 years old, irrigation pump is 3 years old, and the pool filter housing is 1 year old.PET FRIENDLY!The owners have set the home up to be great for dogs! The fenced in dog area runs from the front of one side of the house around the back of the pool and all the way down to the other side of the front of the house!
