The two other bedrooms on the top floor share a "Jack n Jill" bathroom with new shower and tub. The washer and dryer also reside on this floor, as well as a large linen closet. The fourth bedroom is in the finished basement, where there is also a remodeled bathroom and shower and living room space including a 52" LED TV and a super comfy couch (that also pulls out to a queen bed). Tenants can also enjoy and use exercise equipment, including treadmill, elliptical machine, and stationary bike. The main floor has a nice kitchen with upgraded appliances and a small "breakfast nook." Next to that is an additional living room with a 42" TV, comfy couches, and a gas fireplace for cozying up on those colder winter nights. Most rooms in the house are connected to a Sonos sound system (including both TVs). The dining room includes beautiful bay windows and a dining table that converts into a ping pong table. We round out the first floor with the front hall that features two story vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light.
