Second lower level bedroom has two single beds (which can be converted to a king size bed) and opens to the patio. Washer/Dryer and second bathroom also on lower level. Master bedroom located on second floor will be locked off. No smoking inside or outside of property. No pets per HOA rules. Rental does NOT include membership to the Vail Racket Club, but can be purchased separately. Apres Cafe located on property and is a five minute walk. Two non-assigned parking spots and five minute walk to free east vail bus. Maximum SIX renters allowed. IF ALL APPLICANTS DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT SCORE OVER 700, PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE ME ABOUT THE PROPERTY. First month rent and security deposit required. Renter will pay electricity. No smoking anywhere on property (inside, patio or balcony). No pets per HOA. Smoking on property and /or violation of HOA rules will result in termination of lease and forfeiture of security deposit. Owner's cleaning service will clean townhome once a month for a fee of $300 which is INCLUDED in the base rent. Additional cleaning available at renters expense.
