This home is the quietest, most peaceful, stress-free house we have ever lived in. Perfect distance from the highway, not so far that it's a pain to get here, not so close that you can hear it. We have lived here year-around for almost three years. A dollar general just oppend up, like a tinny walmart, in Fort Garland less than 15min away. I belive the area is going to grow a lot in the coming years, getting in now should be a great investment. All the lots are about 5 acres, so it won't get too crowded!
