For the past 3 ½ years, we have made this location our home, and have enjoyed everything this house, neighborhood, and community have to offer. There are many other things, maybe less noticeable, that we love about this place. Just outside of the neighborhood is Wagner’s Market, where we often stop in after work or early Saturday mornings to pick up a few items for dinner or breakfast. The plaza also includes a dry cleaner, a pizza shop, and some other vendors. When we want to take a road trip, we drive just a few minutes to either the Allegheny or Butler Valley entries to the turnpike. Route 8 includes many restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and other stores which offer additional convenience, and connects to 28 which drops you off right in downtown Pittsburgh. Finally, a short drive on Wildwood Road, and you’ll find yourself a North Park where we have spent lots of time running, kayaking, or just enjoying the outdoors.
