We are super pet friendly There is a $125 deposit per cat /smaller dog (not to exceed 3 in total), and $250 for every dog over 45lbs. These deposits are non-refundable. The total number of animals permitted in each unit cannot exceed 3 without special written permission from the landlord. The deposit will be waived for service animals. Utilities are not included. Proof of renters insurance is required within 30 days of the start of the lease.
