Residents democratically manage the finances and day to day policies of the cooperative. Membership is $550 per month which includes all utilities, food and all kinds of fun extras (ie. multiple streaming services, a full working office, an ever-growing library, a rooftop garden, etc). PRAXIS COLLABORATIVE is in the process of expanding and will more than triple in size (whilst doubling in membership) in 2020.
