Recently cleaned and painted. The new paint color is a very light blue/gray. First floor apartment. The living room is a good size. The bedroom is on the smaller side. The heat is electric and is the responsibility of the tenant. We are installing programmable thermostats to help keep the heating costs down. Tenant is responsible for all utilities except water.
