This 1,900 square foot home is conveniently located only minutes from Trademart Shopping Center, Kroger and all of the fast food restaurants that North Corbin has to offer. This home was custom built and has been lived in by only one family. It has been very well kept and offers three large bedrooms and two full baths. The home has recently been updated with new hardwood flooring, new paint, new velour blinds and all new lighting fixtures. Walking in, you will find an extra large living room, formal dining room, kitchen with island/bar and all appliances - including a dishwasher. A separate laundry room/mud room is accessible through the two car garage and the washer and dryer stays (if needed!)
