The apartment is in the rear of the large Victorian house shown in the photo. The entrance is thru the lobby/entry way hall and stairs up to the unit. The lobby has a keypad lock and the apartment a keyed lock. It is separate and very private with no shared walls with the other unit which I live in. 12 month lease, First month rent and $500 damage deposit due at time of lease signing. Last month rent due at Move in. $150 cleaning fee. Background check required through 3 party provider, Key Check, to protect tenants' privacy. $39.99 Fee paid by tenant will be prorated to first month's rent.
