Jointly leased, the available unit rents for $1,190 per month. The security deposit is typically the same as the rental amount. The administrative fee is $75 per person. The rental price includes wi-fi, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $80 for water and electricity. Parking at this complex is limited, and is an additional $60 per month. There is no availability for on-site parking with this lease transfer. Tenants without on-site parking are responsible for securing alternative parking elsewhere. There is no guest parking available, and these units are NOT pet-friendly.
