There is a huge amount of closet space (see floor plan image), a full sized washer and dryer in the unit, ample parking on property, a secured entry at the building door with intercom, a large community pool, and a workout facility. There are several Metrobus stops right outside of the community. This starts as a 6 month lease that can be renewed through the apartment community (Newport Village Apartments). Any new tennant must apply and be approved through the office. There is an application fee of $50. I will cover the $200 Administration fee associated with the change of tennant. There is an additional $35/mo per pet, however, the $450 pet fee has already been paid for the apartment.
