This unit has been completely redone including cabinets, flooring, new blinds, new paint, new AC, etc. I want someone that pays the rent on time and will not trash the apartment. This unit is close to the corner of C Ave and is very convenient to downtown Zephyrhills etc. This unit has a 12-month minimum lease.
