This is a great room for the price. The building is relatively new and kept very clean. The University of Washington is only a 10 minute walk. There is plenty of food and stores within 15 minutes of walking as well. The bathroom includes a toiler, shower, and sink. The actual room has enough space for a full mattress. The desk is tucked into the wall which saves space. My current lease would be transferred to whoever rents it. The lease goes through August of 2019 and you will have the option to renew in September for another year if you want to stay. Tenant pays a flat $50 fee each month that covers the cost of wifi and utilities.
