This 1st-floor room is 143 square feet, including a spacious closet, hardwood floors, and easy access to the garage and laundry room. This room also has relatively private access to one of the two bathrooms. If you like to garden, it also has an exit to the backyard. Located in a walkable and bike-friendly neighborhood, the townhouse is right on the 19 and 70 bus lines, and is within walking distance of a MAX station. It has easy access to the Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge for exercise, and is also located very close to a 24 hour fitness and a Coco Donuts cafe. I have a cat, but she would be very anxious around any other cats or dogs. This is a relatively quiet household, and I'm looking to maintain a respectful living environment. There is also a room available on the 3rd floor. The room will be available on June 30, with a 12-month lease. This is a no-smoking household.
