Single room available for 1-2 people in a lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. Rent includes all utilities, even internet. Bedroom is large at 12' x 18' and comes with its own walk in closet (5'7" x 5') and private en suite bathroom with standing shower (5' x 8'6"). Minimally furnished now but can absolutely become unfurnished if that is better for you. The condo itself is fully furnished and well stocked, including the kitchen, as I love to cook and have almost all the toys/things you need for cooking and entertaining (with virtually no room for additional dishware or appliances- ask if you have something you absolutely must bring with you and we might be able to find space but it's extremely limited). It also includes a shared middle bedroom being used as an office / maker-space / guest bedroom. No pets allowed* (service animals are ok but be advised that it is a long process for approval and took about a month the last time we had a tenant that needed the accommodation). Also, as the building was built in 1956, the doorways aren't ADA sized and may not fit all wheelchairs. The narrow ones are fine but very wide ones have issues. I'm having issues updating the roommates section, so adding it in here: I, 42F, walk dogs for a living and do other gig work on the side, although I may be going back a full time 9-5 job soon. I love to cook, watch movies/tv, and do all sorts of projects. My partner, 28M, is a Massage Therapist that also walks dogs on the side. He loves Pokemon Showdown, free-styling, and exploring spirituality. We (will) share my bedroom (he is moving in this coming month) and bathroom. We are both fairly quiet and don't host a bunch of parties or anything like that. The loudest gathering I usually have with be either a lively dinner party or my annual Board Game NYE "party" that's more of a gathering. More pictures of the common areas coming soon!! To move in, landlord needs a deposit (refundable) equal to a month of rent ($1700) and the first month of rent ($1700)- which can be prorated for February if you move in before March 1.
