To control the tour, we have created a public calendar to allow you to book a time to view the property. Time slots will be 30 minutes long with 25 minutes per viewing with 5 minutes allocated for cleaning and sanitizing between guests. Tours start on Friday, December 11th at 5:00 PM. Tours will be daily from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM through Sunday, December 20th. TOUR BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Click on "Request a tour" and we will send you a link with instructions on how to book a time to tour the property: The calendar will show 25 minutes available for your tour. The remaining 5 minutes allows us to clean and sanitize between guests. You will have a total of 25 minutes to view the property and ask the host any questions you may have. TOUR RULES: 1) Please don't book a tour or visit the property if you have any of these symptoms: Fever or chills Cough Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing Fatigue Muscle or body aches Headache New loss of taste or smell Sore throat Congestion or runny nose Nausea or vomiting Diarrhea 2) Everyone MUST wear a mask at all times. 3) You must use hand sanitizer before entering the property. 4) Temperatures will be taken before entering the property. 5) Only TWO (2) guests can enter the property at any one time. 6) The host will purposely try to maintain a 6' distance from guests as much as possible. 7) Please do NOT touch any surfaces. The host will gladly open any doors, closets, cabinets or drawers at your request. 8) Rental applications will be available during the tour. 9) Please be prompt for your time slot. If you arrive late, your tour may be shortened or you may miss your opportunity to view the property. 10) If you show up early, please wait in your car until the guests ahead of you leave and the host is ready for you.
