Deer , dove , duck , beaver , and fox are daily sightings here in season . The front porch is the best deer stand on the property . This home is a fixer upper but is live able as it is . Built in 1973 this home was purchased by the owner in early 2009 and moved to the property in late 2009 . The foundation was designed to make this home into a 2 story home in the future . The foundation and piers are serious overkill , 2 inch water line from the meter to the home and shop allows for serous rural water pressure and fire protection . Electric service via huge transformers with future capabilities for serious power demand including welding . I paid $18,000 for underground service going under 41 Alternate North and deep trenched it on the property to protect the home from power outages . There are (8) AT&T landlines installed in the home and shop . All that cable is also deep trenched . WI FI is through Hughesnet and the dish is on the roof of the home . AT&T hotspots work great . Verizon cell phones are superior service here and a cell phone tower was just built 1/4 mile away . This home needs work on its electrical systems , floors , and walls . 1/2 of the home has been remodeled . The AC is a 2014 unit , needs a thermostat wired in but it works awesome . I have the manual to it . The shop area , outside perimeters , and sheds will be used by the seller until his new home is built . The time frame on this transition is unknown . It could take up to a year . You will be responsible for watching my left behind assets .
