The washer and dryer are in the spacious basement. The basement isn't finished but it has white floors and lots of light, and is not "basement-y." There is a double garage with openers. The house is within walking distance to restaurants such as Joe's BBQ, Lulu's Noodles, Taco Republic, Roasterie Cafe, and more. Woodside Health Club and Woodside shops are also nearby, and if you like popcorn, Velvet Creme is right around the corner. The house is about a mile from the main KU Med Center campus and is handy to Fairway Shops (about a mile the other way). If you have a pet, we would like to know your plans for its care.
