    Hi! We have a room open in our shared house in Encinitas and are looking for a 3rd housemate. The house is 2,400sqft and has three large bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom, plus two additional rooms that won't be rented to keep the house spacious and peaceful. We prefer to pay a bit more to have lots of space. We're two friends in our mid 30s, and are respectful, friendly, and easy going. We like to keep the house and common areas clean and create a relaxing and peaceful environment to recharge in from our busy schedules, and we're looking for someone similar! The room offered in this post is for a single person. Currently two room options are posted, but only one will be rented for a total of 3 housemates. No smoking or drugs, heavy drinking/partying, or pets here. Tenant 1: (Female, 33 y/o, Chiropractor). I moved to San Diego in 2020 with my twin sister. We are both chiropractors and recently opened our own wellness center in Solana Beach. In my time off, I love to workout, run, hike, and be physically active. I also love spending time with family and friends over a glass of wine, at the beach, or a music show. Tenant 2: (Male, 37 y/o, engineer in biotech). I moved here from the Bay Area three years ago for a new job at a biotech startup in La Jolla. I've been wanting to move to San Diego for years, so am excited to finally be here! I'm easy going, responsible, and considerate. My job is pretty demanding and I work late most nights, but on weekends I'm often out spending time with friends surfing, playing beach volleyball and pickleball. The room: * Available now - Month to month, but looking for at least a 1 year commitment - First month's rent ($1800) + security deposit ($1800) required for move-in, as well as standard background check (credit, proof of employment, references). - Room dimensions: 270 sqft room (12.3ft x 22ft), including a built-in closet. - Large windows with nice views of back yard and nice natural lighting. - Private balcony overlooking back yard. - At the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, no highway noise. - utilities not included, and are split equally between the 3 housemates. - Room is furnished with a king size bed two night stands and a dresser. The furniture is really nice! But can also be removed if not desired. The House: - Large house with 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 3-car garage at the end of a cul-de-sac in a peaceful neighborhood just walking distance to groceries/coffee, and 10 minutes to moonlight beach! - The house is part of an HOA with access to private tennis courts, pickleball court, and a nice pool and hot tub. - Washer and dryer in garage - 3 parking spots in driveway, and tons of open parking in the cul-de-sac right next to the house - Large back yard with patio and garden with apple, orange, and lemon trees, and great views. Nice and private, perfect for meals, laying in the sun, BBQs. - Spacious and recently updated kitchen with slab stone counters, electric glass-top stove, like-new oven and built in microwave, brand new large LG fridge and like-new dishwasher. - Extra large fridge and freezer in garage - 2 large living room areas - 5 min walk to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and more!
