I have a spacious bedroom and bath with a walk-in closet available in a 2 bed 2 bath which I will be cohabiting with you! The common areas are furnished and are as clean as I can possibly keep them. That said, I am a 28 year old young man looking for someone similar in age (flexible as age is just a number) to enjoy living in this space with me. I'm very low key. I work two jobs and go to school. That means I am usually out of the house and busy. I like to have a clean and, for the most part, quiet home. I do enjoy to have some drinks maybe once per week and usually have the company of my significant other or close friends. I don't go out very often and the bills are always paid on time. I have two cats which generally keep to themselves but are always down for a good petting. I keep their spaces very fresh and clean. I like to cook out when the weather is nice and watch movies or play board games if it's cruddy out. I live on the first floor and the patio is directly across the street from the pool :-) I love the Holidays and always decorate festively and tastefully.
