This was one of the most beautiful Francescos i have ever seen and the view of the golf course over the pond is breathtaking! Taylor Morrison doesn't post these sales so as the buyer agent, I put it up as is allowed. Buying a new construction property, it really helps to have a Realtor on your side! You cannot negotiate with the commission I am paid as a buyer agent as it comes out of the marketing budget to have me bring my clients to a smooth transaction close. The on-site sales agent works for the builder of course and their commission does not change. The sales department doesn't factor in my commission either as it is in another budget.
