Or it is plenty big enough for a family as well. It has a front porch, hardwood floors, central a/c, free lawn care, trash pickup included, a washing machine and dryer, and updated stainless steel appliances. Renter(s) will have a $200/month utility fee that pays for water and electricity. Landlord will pay for trash pickup. Internet is not included, but we are hooked up for charter. We cut the grass for free! If you do not submit a background check and credit report, you will not me eligible to rent this property.
