No leases are signed. You pay on a bi-weekly basis only for the days that you have stayed. If you choose to stay less than two weeks there will be a one time cleaning fee of $50. If you choose to stay longer than 2 weeks there will be a $300 refundable deposit depending on the condition you leave the cabin in. If there are no damages, only the $50 cleaning fee will be charged and the remaining $250 of the deposit will be refunded to you.
