As part of the restoration we're relandscaping the rear yard returning it to grass with an irrigation system. That work is currently scheduled to happen in late August or September. The kitchen and baths are original to the house so they have really nice and somewhat funky cabinets and laminate countertops. All appliances are in good condition including: gas cooktop, gas oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. Located on Sioux Drive across from Frasier. Pets are okay with a security deposit of $300/dog and $150/cat. No smoking of any type is allowed in the house. No vaping is allowed in the house. Tenant is responsible for maintaining all yards and gardens around the house. This includes mowing the lawn, removing weeds, and watering the small oak sapling in the front yard that we've grown from an acorn. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the inside of the house in good condition - especially the newly refinished wood floors. Landlord will make repairs when things break or wear out due to normal usage. Repairs made because of neglect or improper use will be made and the value of the work will be deducted from the security deposit. After any deductions for cleaning or repairs at the time of lease termination, security deposit will be returned within 60 days of lease termination.
