Driveway is downhill and winding, so for plowed snow you need good tires and preferably rear wheel drive. My plow and sand guy is very reliable. When there is winter ice you either need a 4 wheel drive car, or you can park on top and walk down easily with macro-spikes. I'll be in California, so I'm looking for someone responsible who will take good care of the property. That means calling me asap if anything needs fixing, then being available by phone to repair person, putting the winter heat lamp on in downstairs bathroom if the days are staying below 20 degrees.
