Renter and all adult occupants must pass background and credit check. No parking in the yard or street, no broken down cars, junk or yard trash allowed. Driveway and yard must be kept clean and free of junk and debris. This is a quiet family neighborhood with nearby homes who are well kept. Absolutely no drugs or loud parties will be tolerated. If you don t like my rules, don t try to rent my house. Owner provides trash service and yard maintenance. Renter responsible for gas and electric and standard up-keep of the home. Owner requires and provides monthly air filter changes, rodent and leak inspection. Must meet minimum expectations on previous rental history, background and credit checks. Small dog and cat approved, additional $250 deposit for each pet, 2 pets max. Owners live on connecting property and expects renter to keep a well-kept home & yard.
