The trailer sits on the landlords property. I bought the trailer and put it on my land. Family issues have been going on and I am moving. My grandma is 84 and lives directly in front of my trailer. Which is the landlord. You are 15-20 mins from Williamsburg and 35-40 minutes from Corbin. There is not much to do but you can do some things. Pets we will talk about, no smoking in the house, the rent includes electricity and water and internet. Lawn care is the renters responsibility. Garbage is $30 a month as we share the same bin as the landlord which is 5 bags of trash a week. If you have more than the 5 it is $5 per bag.
