Old Family home in bad shape just buying for property strongly recomended unless you have a business where you buy homes in sad shape and fix them up. House is also a landmark, it is the old spanktown school house. Lived there as a kid only downer is if you want to be near a school, we don't have one unless you go to granville or rutland.
