Nice quiet location. Across the street is a fire station and great surrounding neighbors. About a half mile to highways. 5 minutes from Fall River and 15 minutes from Providence. Close to all major shopping areas. The home borders Warren RI, so we are close to Bristol and Newport RI as well. The apartment is a great size for one person. One large bedroom that measures 22' x 12'. You'll have your own parking and balcony to relax on with privacy. Our current tenant got a new job in another state and she has been here for 4 years. We look forward to having another great tenant. Just asking for first month's and security. No hidden fee's or surprises. We are very easy to deal with. My wife and I have a 6 yr old and a 6 month old. We keep to ourselves and are very respectful of our tenant. We only ask you do the same since we will be living down stairs. Utilities are average depending on how your like to heat or cool your space. When we lived up there, our highest heat bill was $150.00 for the coldest month(s) and around $150.00 for the hottest month(s).
