The apartment for rent is on the 3rd floor in large victorian house. There is also a 2nd bedroom that can be used as a guest room or dressing room on the second floor. I am an artist living in a separate building behind the main house. Another woman who is works as a therapist live in the front part of the man house. We are looking for a very conscientious person to share the property with us. The therapy happens on zoom so there needs to be quiet in the house. The layout of the apartment is someone spread out so it is not a good place for an older person. Quiet beautiful dead-end street location on 4 acre lot in in downtown Norfolk. Wonderful neighbors and generally ideal location. There is not a shower on the third floor, only a toilet. The shower is shared with me on the 1st floor. See pics. The base price for the apartment is $1200 -- $200 goes towards utilities. Looking for someone who wants to stay long term. Shorter stays can be negotiated for a different price. I'm open to summer renters for a 4 month term. Summer rental price for this time frame is 2300/month. AC included.
