Entire second floor, share first floor kitchen and washer/dryer, used to be an apartment back in the day so will eventually furnish upstairs to have it's own kitchen and own washer/dryer. Grandfather lives upstairs, he is moving back home end of February so until weather warms up will have some junk upstairs until I can clean it out - will negotiate rent to be lower before cleaning and higher after cleaning
