I have left a push-mower in the barn for the tenant to use. If you do not intend (or are unable to mow the lawn), Rent will be increased to offset a lawn service by $50.00 extra per month. ($900/month and we take care of lawn). All applicants will be screened. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKERS. Rent is $850/month for a 1 year term if you mow, $900/month if we mow.
