Senator Hiram Fong's Botanical Gardens is one street away with fresh bananas and local fruits in season. Windward Community College and Hawaii Pacific University campuses are 10 minutes away. There is ample free street parking. Yard service is included in the monthly rent. Utilities are not included. A washer and dryer are on-premises and are available for $30 a month for personal use only.
