We are going on a long road trip and our house will be available while we are gone from July 1st - September 20th. We will do a month to month rental and a partial for September. Please contact us for your timing. This place is perfect for someone looking for temporary Living while waiting for their new place to open up or a nice long vacation. We love our home and waking up to an amazing 180 degree glass window view over Kaneohe Bay. We know you will too. The front living area is connected to the kitchen and dining nook. The living area has a couch, chair, coffee table and a 65" TV connected to the internet for smart TV channels such as YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. The kitchen and dining nook being connected to the living area, gives you that same amazing open feel. The kitchen counter also has a couple of bar stools so you can enjoy conversation and entertaining while cooking. There are two bedrooms; a Master and Guest. The Master has a bathroom attached with walk in shower and two sinks. There is also a smart TV in the Master room as well. The Guest bathroom is down the hall with a tub/shower and single sink. Both rooms have closets and there is a bonus closet in the hallway for other items. In the backyard, there are a lot of fruit trees that may be growing fruit at the time. Since we are on a hill side, it's a steep hill, but there is a small flat play area at the base of the hill. At the top of the hill is a little rickety deck where you can get an even bigger view of Kaneohe Bay and the Ko'olau mountain range. We will close off the 3rd room and garage to store all our clothes and things so it's out of your way. As for the "As seen on TV", we purchased this house while we filmed the TV show "Hawaii Life" for HGTV. You can watch our episode to see more about the house. Check out Season 3, episode 10. Please note there are stairs that lead up to the house and there is a short but steep driveway which isn't a problem for most, but worth noting. All utilities included up to our average monthly usage. Overage will be covered by tenant.
