Although considered a "condo", it is a RV lot with concrete slab containing a shed with washer/dryer combo, toilet, shower, deep sink, A/C, and water softener. Lot is located in Paradise Park, an over-55 community. Paradise Park allows Class A Motorhomes and Airstreams only. One occupant must be 55 years of age. Pets are allowed (if applicable), depending on the type and size. Lease required for at least 6-months. Monthly rent is $650.00 with 1st month's rent, security deposit of $650.00, and pet deposit of $300/pet due at time of lease signing. Hurricane Ian destroyed the Florida room (you will see it in the online photos on the Paradise Park website) and it is going to be taken down, therefore, please disregard the Florida room description on the website entirely. The only building of use on the lot is the shed, which is located behind the FL room) described above. Tenant reimburses Owner each month of the lease for electricity, which is paid directly by the Owner.
