Gas and electric included Please bring Paystubs and Photo ID for all adults to the open house. We accept all forms of subsidy. A security deposit of $680 and first month's rent are required upon move in. Owner pays for Water, Lawn Mowing, Sewer, and Trash. Cats are allowed with a $150 non-refundable pet deposit. If you cannot make the open house, you can still apply for the unit by submitting (via email) your Proof of Income, Photo ID, and phone number for landlord reference.
