This is a large three-level home with the upper level a 1,000 square foot rental and has its own private deck overlooking the lake. The location is one of the most inspiring on the lake as one guest called it a piece of paradise and another said it was a slice of heaven. It is the best of all worlds as there are waterside restaurants and a grocery store, coffee shops etc. all just a mile away, but when you turn onto Kiser Island you feel like you are a million miles away from it all. It is a place where you can reflect, renew, and recharge. Nature speaks and you can hear yourself think. There is a small beach area as well and woods on each side and water both front and back. A SPECIAL spot on the earth. All utilities and internet are included. There are so many variables...one or two bedrooms, time of year as summer months are 35 percent more and pet fees vary with size so it is best to chat if you have a serious interest in the best of lake living. I can do short-term work for a week to several months. I prefer longer term as I am also a motivational speaker, author and coach and therapist so longer-term frees me up to get things done!
