Relax and enjoy living in a nearly 1,000 sq. ft. almost all to your own in my Colorado Springs home. It's a comfortable, clean lower living area with (2) bedrooms and (1) bathroom. Both furnished bedrooms will be yours. One includes a queen bed, television, large closet and large dresser. You may use the other as your office (desk included), a room for temporary guests (daybed included) or additional storage, with additional closet space to be used as storage or for clothing. You will have the private, full bath to yourself, as well as the living room area with storage. We will share the closeted (new) washer and dryer, which takes up only a small portion of the area. Fresh towels and blankets are provided. You also have a kitchenette area to yourself including a mini fridge, toaster oven/air fryer, microwave, coffee pot and hot tea pot, and plenty of cabinet space. On the main level, you will have access to the kitchen, including stove/oven, refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, dishwasher, microwaves and Keurig coffee maker. This is also where your semi-private entrance is located entering through the garage. Spend your downtime in my beautifully landscaped backyard. The yard offers views of Pikes Peak as you kick back on the patio (great sun and shade), and you're welcome to use the grill. My home is on a quiet semi-cul-de-sac, with access to walking trails and a high school track. When it's time to explore, you're only 20 minutes from downtown and five minutes from shopping. Take a short drive to wander in the Garden of the Gods park or use any of the nearly scenic trails. I am open to a rental agreement less than six months, however, it must be at least 30 days. You are welcome to park your vehicle in the driveway or on the street. You will be given a garage door opener for your use; however, parking in the garage is not available. I do have a diva cat who lives/stays upstairs with me; I have a pet gate at the top of the stairs to basement. If you are allergic or don't like cats, you may want to look elsewhere. Rent is $1,200 + $100 to cover all utilities, wi-fi, and amazon fire stick. Deposit (refundable) of $200 due at least 48 hours prior to move-in + $100 cleaning fee. Request upon moving out, all bedding is stripped and in a pile along with towels. Rent/deposits paid via Venmo. No smoking inside the house.
