Cute home with backyard. Fireplace (propane) in living/dining. New carpet, freshly painted throughout. Kitchen has dishwasher and refrig (and stove). New washer and dryer in utility room (new hot water heater also). Upstairs is a unique loft and second bedroom with window. Out back is a deck and large fire pit. Parking on street, or in back. We have family living next door, who are very friendly and handy with fixing stuff. So if something goes wrong, help is nearby. We are finishing up preparing the house for rental. Carpet will be installed once life gets back to normal (and carpet installers return to work!). Most likely June 1 will be earliest we will be available. Furnished: We are currently not considering renting furnished. Unfurnished: 1 year lease, $1100/m. First and last month at signing, $500 security deposit, refundable provided the house is still in good shape. The above assumes a max of 2 tenants (up to 2 additional if young children) and no pets. If you want to bring a pet we will negotiate. All utilities will be your responsibility.
