The home is in a beautiful area with friendly neighbors. Everything is walking distance. You also get a park pass to enter Pier Park, which is for Grosse Pointe Farms residents only. The home comes with a SimpliSafe security system (three cameras, window, smoke and flood sensors), all the appliances including a gas range stove, lots of storage space, new central heat and AC (Ecobee Thermostat), all LED light fixtures, four skylights, beautiful garden, all the yard tools and requires little to no grounds keeping. There is enough room to park a sedan in the insulated garage, two cars in the driveway and street parking. The area has lots of amenities, including three hospitals, private park, waterfront a few blocks down, private dog park, food market, Ace's Hardware, plant nursery, CVS, USPS, urgent care, lots of restaurants along Mack and much more in the downtown Grosse Pointes. Tenants cover all utilities. Additional requirements include proof of good credit, gross monthly income that is at least three times the cost of rent, two paystubs and criminal record. Tenants insurance is needed and tenant references aren't required but preferred. A tenant agreement will be signed before handing keys over. Smoking in the home is prohibited, damages would be deducted from security deposit. Larger dogs are allowed but will require an additional $500 security deposit.
