Publix & Kroger in 4-6 mins. House is less than 10 mins from i-85. 15-20mins to Costco and biggest mall of Georgia. 1hr from the airport. Shared Spaces: Loft, living & dining areas, modern kitchen, sunroom, laundry, garage (with Tesla charger). & a huge backyard double the size of the house. You could participate in organic gardening activities too. Amenities: Bed & closet space in each room 75" Smart TV + PS5 Fully stocked kitchen w/ Samsung smart fridge Samsung smart washer/dryer 2-in-1 vacuum/mop cleaning robot Biweekly bathroom cleaning service Move-in ready, fully furnished, stylish, and designed for comfortable living. We, the Owners will be visiting for some weekends. We shall use the master bedroom and common areas. We will not enter your rooms. We expect similar respect of our privacy. We are super friendly people, if the renters are comfortable, we all could share drinks, play catan and have fun over the weekends when we visit. Else, we will just wrap our work and leave. No smoking inside the house or garage. All the payments are made by the owner that includes Electricity, Wifi-Internet, Water, Sewage, Trash and Pest control. Renters pay the rent mentioned and if they want more custom cleaning services they have to pay extra. If the property looks dirty when owner visits, owner shall call in the cleaning crew and the costs will be paid by the renters. We ask no insurance. But, Any additional damages occur will also be taken care by renters. Minor cosmetic damages are ignored. Decision will be made by Owners. Lastly, HOA will demand keeping the front of the house clean and right. Owners might request some help to maintain the look of the house and to keep up the HOA rules.
