It is difficult to show what the final price would be for your visit on this site. I am asking $110 CDN for the nights that are not connected to Christmas or New Year. For the nights just before, during, and after the holidays, I am asking $125 CDN. Please do not hesitate to write me with the dates you are planning and I will give you the price. I am flexible. This home is exceptionally bright, spacious, and fully furnished eclectically. The first-floor apartment (young couple downstairs w/ private entrance) features a large living room with an electric fireplace, a fully equipped new kitchen (and I mean "fully"), an office w/ 2 desks, and a large and bright art studio w/ 2 work tables. For the tough characters, the backyard has a deck, and a large BBQ. The home is located within walking distance of the downtown area where you can enjoy - . a lovely variety of restaurants . a film theater and 5 live stages . skating indoors and outside . bus stops all around including Trent and Hospital routes . The Trans Canada Hiking Trail - "awesome"- with a skating rink on the pond - Two-car parking plus garage rental if desired is available. .- This is my home. I am taking a trip to see the kids in California from Christmas to the end of January. I enjoy sharing my space and its art with travelers. The price includes all amenities (Incl. Netflix and WiFi). No smoking indoors, overdrinking or hard drugs. And No Frickin' Fighting or big parties. Renters must be quiet and clean - PLEASE!
