Large closet and extra storage. Washer and Dryer on your level but separated by french doors that lock. The room has a mini fridge, tea kettle and microwave for added privacy. This condo backs up to a private off-leash park. The main level has a kitchen, dining area, entry area, and a half bath and living room. Off the living room is a fenced patio that is right on the park. The patio has a sweet maple tree for shade in the summer. The condo faces SW, so it has lots of natural light. On the second level is two bedrooms, each with their own bath. I will be in one of the bedrooms. I have a sweet golden retriever who loves everyone and every dog. If you have a friendly dog that is great with people and other dogs, I would totally consider this. Cat considered as well. No more remote workers. No smoking. I don't care if you take edibles, but I just don't want any kind of smoke seeping into the walls. I am a retired teacher that is still working part-time++. Trash, and internet included. You pay 1/3 of gas/electric and water. I did not put pictures of the upstairs bedrooms, since it was not relevant to this post. Minimum three mos. lease. Prefer 6+ mos. There is an attached garage that can be shared for bikes and/or camping or sport equipment. Absolutely no smoking. One dog considered depending on temperament. Renter pays 1/3 of gas/electricity.
