Full Disclosure: This home and wrap around porch does not come with land attached and will need to be relocated. This upscale double wide mobile home was built by design in 2013. It is surrounded on 3 sides by a 10' wide covered deck. We just replaced all the aluminum windows with lifetime warranty energy efficient USA windows, which has kept us very cool this summer and also secure and safe. This home is very well insulated with 2x6 outer walls and completely sheet rocked on the inside, you will never know this is a mobile home from the inside. The porch is built with 2x8 floor joists and 2x6 treated decking and a shingled roof. Very Sturdy. Defects include an A/C unit that is too small to cool 2700 sq ft and it also has a coolant leak. We looked at getting it replaced but decided to install energy efficient window units in most of the rooms, which keeps us cool in the hottest of summers. Also, the linoleum is ripped in the living room due to moving furniture, which we keep hidden under one of our couches.
