New kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, huge pantry, bar seating. Hardwood floors with carpeting in bedrooms. Large screened in porch with door to access outside- great for letting indoor cats spend time in the fresh air without letting them out, easy access for walking your dog or going for a run. Free wifi, cable, pest control, and landscaping. Maintenance will promptly fix any problem you have. The people working in the clubhouse are very nice and always helpful, and they often hold contests and parties and give their residents special benefits throughout the year, including $100 that I got for renewing my lease that I am willing to give to you! Clubhouse: 24/7; fitness room, office space, billiards, tanning bed, coffee and cookies, beautiful pool area with outdoor grills and campfire sites. Bus 13 runs to UF every 10 minutes, with two stops for the neighborhood. VERY convenient. Utilities: the $590 includes a $40 utility cap per lease (per bedroom), and any overages must be paid by the residents. Living room furniture can be included (couch, chair, entertainment stand, coffee table) (the couch pictured is my own, but they supply you with one as well); bedroom furniture is also optional. Just let the office know what you would like. Comes with a desk and chair, bed frame with headboard, and dresser but you don't have to take the whole set if you have some of these! Roommates are matched together, so if you don't work well with your roommates just let cottage grove know. However, I have been there two years and had many roommates come and go. All of them have been wonderful and respectful and have become some of my closest friends. These cottages are in high demand so please contact me as soon as possible! Tenant only pays for monthly rent and utility overages; rent includes a $40 utility cap that the apartment complex covers, so anything over must be paid by tenant. This is a sublease and it doesn't technically start until August so a lower payment (than the $595) for anytime moving in before August may be negotiated.
