The house is located on an acre of private property with wooded areas on 3 sides and is very close to I-95, I-295, the airport, and the RiverCity Shopping Center. The insulated attic and private well allow for a very low electric bill and no charge for water. Will require a background and credit check. I use SmartMove by Trupanion for the rental applications.
