It is 5th floor in a large elevator building with an excellent laundry room. $1890 includes heat and hot water, everything except for electric (which is usually around $50-70/month). Short walk to either the Q or F/G, and close to all the great restaurants/cafes in ditmas park (which is a great neighborhood that I'll miss!) I'm moving in with my significant other, which is why I need to find a replacement tenant.
